The successful candidate will work across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, clinics, and/or offices, performing assessments and interventions to support clients' rehabilitation journeys.

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who can bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and interventions in various settings
  • Provide expert clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and objectives
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client care and support
