We are currently looking for a **Casual Community Support Workers** to join our team of support service professionals and help make a difference in our client's lives on the **Central Coast NSW** and surrounding area which includes but is not limited to**:Erina, Bateau Bay & Avoca Beach.**
- _**Shifts are in-home independent living support**_
- _**Successful applicants must be available for overnight shifts, Ideally Friday nights**_
- _**Applicants must be able to travel to surrounding areas**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 quality in-home support and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Must provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behavior
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Manager
- Must be willing to travel to surrounding locations and additional locations if applicable

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.

**Employment Conditions**:

- Valid Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
- NDIS Workers Check
- Android or iOS compatible smartphone
- Up to date COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (Normally 2 vaccinations + Booster)

**What We Offer**:

- Rate of $38.08 - $41.54 per hour (Inclusive of 25% Casual Loading) pending experience and qualifications.
- Rosters set 4-6 weeks in advance.
- Prioritize work/life balance.
- Supportive, knowledgeable and friendly management team.
- 1- day informative induction training.
- Buddy shifts & detailed handovers prior to commencing allocated shifts.
