About the Role

We are seeking experienced dual role Dental Assistants/Receptionists to support our growth in customer volumes at our modern dental practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining an exceptional customer and team culture
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients
  • Preparing patients and facilities for dental treatment
  • Delivering quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
  • Treatment coordination
  • Instrument sterilization
  • Infection control standards and procedures
  • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments
  • Handling payments and accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Availability to work 1-4 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • Ideal experience working in a similar role (Dental experience highly regarded but not essential)
  • Passion for customer service and patient care
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded)
  • Motivation and self-starting abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
