Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily floor operations to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Develop strong knowledge of menu offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Lead, train, and support staff to perform at their best.
Requirements
  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and leadership ability.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
