**Practice Leadership Opportunity:**

This is a rare chance to lead a team of professionals in the architecture industry. The practice has a strong reputation and is currently working on various projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your leadership skills to guide, support, and elevate the team with your expertise in HR, Operations Management, and Project resourcing and forecasting.

The key assets for this role are communication, transparency, and accountability. You will be responsible for helping directors with performance reviews and organizing relevant training and development opportunities.

This role offers career growth opportunities, potentially leading to General Manager in the foreseeable future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with directors to manage HR, Quality Insurance, Finance, and General Operations.
  • Provide HR support for recruitment drives, performance reviews, internal/external events, and team-director communication.
  • Manage fee forecasting, project resourcing, and timesheet management.
  • Oversee QA's, compliance, and insurance, discussing contract concerns with project leads/directors.
  • Manage, support, and delegate roles to administration staff.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Practice Manager in the architecture industry.
  • Proven track record of supporting forecasting and resourcing.
  • Approachable team player with knowledge of HR and workplace policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
