This is a leadership role that requires significant experience in UX with a proven track record of developing and scaling UX frameworks across complex digital ecosystems and design system development.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll work closely with the UX Manager and global teams to define and implement best-practice design systems, driving a consistent, human-centred user experience across platforms. The role involves working with internal stakeholders, vendors, creative teams and partners to understand user needs, develop experience strategies, and translate those into wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.

  • Develop and scale UX frameworks across a portfolio of digital products.
  • Define and evolve design systems and governance models.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with UX leads, engineers, and product teams.
  • Champion human-centred design and data-informed UX decision-making.
  • Translate customer research and usability testing into strategy and standards.
  • Ensure UX practices align with Agile delivery methods and business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to have strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and global collaboration, as well as proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite.

  • 8-12 years' experience in UX, with 5+ years in a strategic or lead role.
  • Proven experience across complex digital ecosystems and design system development.
