The Department for Child Protection is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our team in Kadina. As a key member of the department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality child protection services to children, families, and the local community.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a motivated leader who can provide strategic leadership, develop and implement effective policies, and promote professional social work practice within the team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver child protection services.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Promote professional social work practice by enabling culturally inclusive and holistic intervention methodologies.
- Contribute to strategic leadership, business planning, and review policies associated with work practices.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A degree-level qualification in Social Work or related field.
- Proven experience in supervising a team, managing and prioritizing workloads, conflict resolution, and leading culturally competent and diverse practice.
