Senior Technical Program Manager, Region Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Cloud Operations team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale global projects and initiatives, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure project goals and objectives are understood and aligned.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Background: 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and operations.
- Leadership Experience: 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Project Management Disciplines: 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Cloud Operations: Experience managing cloud operations, including cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- Leadership: Experience leading teams, including experience in mentoring and developing team members.
