We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Region Services team at Amazon. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving large-scale global projects and initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering new workflow features and tools that enhance productivity and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, train, and develop career progression for indirect reports and members of the organization.
- Develop, improve, and share operational best practices across the region and with peers globally.
- Hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance.
A Day in the Life:
You will gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, define User Acceptance Criteria for testing software, and ensure systems capture applicable data to enable the customer to measure how effective their processes and leveraged software are from a day to day basis.
You will contribute with cross-functional business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints.
