The Installation Scheduler is a Full-Time position based at Welshpool, WA. Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you will provide outstanding customer service through accurate and prompt order and stock management to serve both internal and external customers.

You will proactively communicate with Site supervisors, Account managers, and Managers on customer issues or matters requiring their attention or support. You will answer inbound customer calls and respond promptly. You will provide data entry into SAP, manage returns within established guidelines, process orders accurately, and provide sales and support using your product knowledge.
