About the Role

This fast-paced role is crucial in planning and coordinating installation schedules for our products. As the primary point of contact for customers with enquiries regarding service dates, you will ensure their needs are met and exceeded while maintaining operational efficiency.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Reviewing and revising the service schedule
  • Contacting customers to confirm scheduled installations
  • Preparing service paperwork
  • Providing after-sales support, managing service issues, and warranty claims
  • Supporting other team members

What We Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience with competent administration skills
  • Agility as a team player with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt communication style to customer needs
  • Pragmatism in providing quality customer service, with lateral thinking and problem-solving skills

You will also need to be highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks, dependable, punctual, and committed to working Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.
