Teaching Professional in Dental Education

We are seeking a Senior Dental Education Lead to lead the development and delivery of our Certificate III in Dental Assisting program. This pivotal role will build something from the ground up, establish course delivery aligned with the training package requirements, and support students through their traineeship journey.
About You- Recent experience working within the dental industry, combined with a passion for teaching and mentoring is essential.
- Able to create inclusive and supportive learning environments, whether in-person or online.
- Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality innovative teaching and learning programs in a variety of learning modes which respond to a diverse range of student needs.
- Demonstrated ability to foster and promote an inclusive, customised and safe learning environment and provide support and advice to a diverse range of students.
- Delivering non-accredited and/or accredited online programs via different platforms.
- Participating effectively in continuous improvement, audit processes and the maintenance of high-quality training and assessment materials.
- Awareness and understanding of Vocational Education and Training policies and frameworks is necessary.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is preferred.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is also highly regarded.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) demonstrates your expertise.
- A Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education is desirable.
