About The Role

We're looking for a Dental Assistant who brings skill, warmth, and initiative to our Mornington team. While surgical dental assisting experience is highly regarded, it's not essential — we're happy to provide training for the right person. However, you must hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.

This isn't just another DA job, it's a chance to make your mark in a premium, purpose-led clinic from the ground up.

You Will

• Support our dentists in chairside procedures across general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
• Create a welcoming, calm experience for every patient
• Maintain immaculate clinical standards, including sterilisation and infection control
• Collaborate across the team to ensure seamless, five-star patient care
• Support with admin tasks, records, and appointments when needed
  
  

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 1+ years' experience as a Dental Assistant
• Hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (Cert IV is a bonus)
• Bring empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Are proactive, reliable, and love helping others succeed
• Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
