Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Customer Onboarding Team as a Cross-Functional Onboarding Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, and fostering meaningful relationships with our Enterprise, Government & Wholesale customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fixed telecommunications technology, including hardware, access layers, enterprise networks, and solutions. They will also have experience working with CRM systems, reporting, and data analysis. Strong analytical and creative troubleshooting abilities, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential for success in this role.

In this role, you will work closely with the customer to compile detailed requirements for the provisioning of their services. You will ensure that all orders are raised in compliance with TPG Telecom policies and procedures, and that appropriate sales commissions are generated. Additionally, you will create customer contract documents, liaise with the Legal team where necessary, and continuously monitor and drive projects to ensure timely completion.
