About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Onboarding & Invoicing lead to join our Commercial Revenue Operations team at Kuiper. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless transitions from new and renewed B2B contracts from signing to recording.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes, procedures, and policies for B2B Contract Onboarding. They will also serve as a bridge between various teams, including sales, sales operations, deal desk, legal, Field Operations, Customer Success, and Service Delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing efficient processes for B2B Contract Onboarding.
  • Ensuring the team meets Turnaround Time targets and all Sales/Sales Operations queries are answered within target timelines.
  • Driving process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Order to Cash, billing, pricing, accounting, tax, finance, or a similar field.
