HR Business Partner Role

A leading provider of energy services is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team. As a trusted advisor, you will work alongside senior leaders to deliver tailored human resources solutions.

About the Job:

  • You will partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and drive people outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement HR initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management aligned with business goals.
  • Champion consistent application of HR frameworks and tools.
  • Lead change management and transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including ER/IR, change management, remuneration, and EEO.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
