Key Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to drive innovation and strategic growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our technological capabilities and service offerings
- Advocate for customer-focused solutions to business problems
- Lead and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement workshops
- Provide technical findings to the business in non-technical terms
- Provide expert stakeholder management and subject matter expertise
- Conduct research, modelling, forecasting, measuring, and reporting to support business decisions
Requirements
- A polished senior leader with over 5 years' experience in a similar role
- A well-developed understanding of digital transformation and innovation
- Advanced strategic and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to identify, build, and deliver both tactical and strategic change initiatives
- An advanced understanding of workers' compensation insurance policy and claims service delivery and associated risk management implications will be viewed favorably
