Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to join our team at KinCare. As an in-home care worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to older individuals in the Queanbeyan area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in assisting the aged community, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
  • Possess a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an integral part of this role.
  • Show resilience and adaptability when dealing with challenging situations, prioritizing client satisfaction and well-being.
  • Be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts required.
  • Demonstrate independence and problem-solving skills, knowing when to seek guidance from your Manager.
