Change and Release Manager
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, approve, and implement changes to IT systems and services with minimal disruption and alignment to business objectives.
  • Manage the scheduling, coordination, and deployment of software releases, patches, and updates in line with government policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate risks, impacts, and benefits of proposed changes and releases, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Ensure all changes and releases undergo testing, validation, and quality assurance processes before deployment.
  • Maintain detailed records of all changes and releases, producing regular reports for senior management on performance, compliance, and outcomes.
  • Manage the transition of new services and systems from development into live environments, ensuring they are fully operational and meet required service levels.

  • Encourages knowledge sharing, teamwork, and collaboration by actively engaging with stakeholders and team members.
  • Active NV1 or higher security clearance.
