Product Development Leader

As a Product Manager at a leading financial services firm, you will be responsible for developing and launching new products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, build strategic partnerships, and ensure our products remain best-in-class.

The successful candidate will have experience in strategic product management, excellent numerical proficiency, commercial acumen, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Develop new products, ensuring our product suite remains best-in-class and meets the needs of our clients.
  • Project manage the end-to-end implementation from product development to launch.
  • Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they effectively support the product strategy.
  • Facilitate effective product development meetings, ensuring thorough follow-up on action items and the successful and timely execution of projects.
  • Assist in all aspects of product management, maintenance, quality and strategy, ensuring our funds are presented, distributed and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Regularly review our funds for alignment with investor expectations.
  • Assess market dynamics, conduct ongoing competitor analysis, and provide recommendations for optimizing product features.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including product disclosure statements, target market determinations, factsheets, and other relevant materials.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of relevant product policies, frameworks and governance structures, including working with the legal and compliance team to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Review external communications, including product webpages and promotional material, to ensure information is accurate and consistent with strategy.
