Product Development Manager Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead our product development efforts.

  • Effective project management by adhering to standards of scope, budget, and timeframes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
  • Developing project plans according to customer requirements.
  • Monitoring project progress continuously and communicating clear updates on milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Analyzing economics of project plans and providing actionable feedback to management relating to cost benefits and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management or product lead role, and excellent problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge of ISO 13485 & 9001 regulatory requirements pertaining to product development, understanding of various production/manufacturing processes, and experience in communicating with and evaluating local and offshore suppliers.
