About this Role:

  • The successful candidate will provide technical and business expertise, including adoption of AI, to define and design solutions, deliver projects and maintain solutions.">
  • They will advise, support and train staff for their use of business applications and platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), SharePoint, Funrasin, Marketo, Slack, Trello, ELMO and MYOB.">
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in business solutions implementation and systems projects, especially CRM such as Dynamics.">

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Contribute to the objective of providing modern, work-from-anywhere applications and productivity tools across the business.">
  3. Ensure people, process and technology put information and cyber-security at the forefront for all.">
  4. Advise and consult with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these to a roadmap of proposed capability improvements.">
  5. Define, document and implement solutions and processes ensuring business systems are integrated with whole of business systems.">

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions, data management practices and business systems integration.">
  • Ability to analyse information, identify problems and deliver innovative solutions.">
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders, embedding governance and accuracy in requirements gathering, documentation and solution design.">
  • A keen interest in the health, fundraising or not-for-profit sectors, with a desire to learn, innovate and implement new technology solutions that make a tangible difference.">
