Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards and market conditions.

Job Description

This critical role focuses on accelerating business growth across Australia and New Zealand markets for assigned titles. The primary focus will be on NBA and sports titles, but projects may range across various genres.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify cultural events and insights to build strategies that maximize commercial opportunities and local relevance throughout the region.
  2. Work with stakeholders to ensure all growth market opportunities are considered.
Campaign Planning
  1. Collaborate with Business Unit marketing teams to ensure global campaign strategies align with regional growth objectives.
  2. Brief agencies and help develop paid and organic planning including media, local partnerships, and events.
  3. Collaborate with PR and Influencer agencies and teams to pull comprehensive campaigns together.
Executional Excellence
  1. Ensure excellence in all aspects of campaign delivery.
  2. Track timing and delivery of campaign, and escalate any concerns.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
  1. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for regional initiatives and validate results.
