About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in leading our passionate team, driving engagement, and building a high-performing team culture. They will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge, and building long-lasting relationships.



Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters, and preparing back-of-house administration.


Requirements
  • Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail environment.
  • A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to be part of a dynamic team and alignment with our values.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
