Job Description:

Store Manager - Remote Retail Leadership Opportunity

 

You will be responsible for managing store operations, including team leadership, inventory management, merchandising, cost control, and community initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing store teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing store operations, including inventory management and merchandising
  • Coaching and mentoring duty managers and local staff to build their skills and performance
  • Ensuring accurate financial management and compliance in-store
  • Building relationships with community leaders and stakeholders

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-focused leadership roles
  • Strong skills in retail systems, stock control, and team management
  • A flexible and calm mindset, with a solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in remote settings with a culturally respectful approach
  • A valid manual driver's licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Australian working rights
