We are seeking an accomplished leader to fill the role of Senior Beauty Advisor in our Sydney store. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales, exceeding KPIs, and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed targets
  • Coach and support team members to achieve individual goals
  • Utilise and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions

The ideal candidate will possess previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
