About Our Disability Support Role

This disability support role offers the opportunity to provide varied levels of care and support to individuals with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred support to participants with psychosocial disabilities, including personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living, and independent living skills.
  • Work collaboratively as part of an experienced and knowledgeable team to provide 2:1 support.
Your Career Path
  • Gain a strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements.
  • Develop experience in supporting NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities.
  • Refine your ability to communicate and respond to the needs of people living with disability.
Requirements
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate.
  • Possess a valid Driver's Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Have obtained NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Hold a Working with Children Check.
  • Provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.
  • Hold legal working rights in Australia.

You will have the opportunity to work for an organisation committed to providing suitable supports for our participants. Ongoing training will be provided to enable you to deliver high-quality supports.
