About The Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Care Provider. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients with their daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care services, including toileting and medication management
  • Accompany clients on outings and appointments

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Clearance Certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
