Job Title

As a team leader, you will be responsible for guiding and developing the operations team. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to motivate others.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coaching models to enhance the capabilities of the operations team.
  • Supervise and optimize administrative processes to ensure compliance with core policies and standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure administrative activities meet regulatory requirements and emphasize safety in-store processes, incident reporting, and training.
  • Manage multi-channel fulfilment in line with established procedures, including online, commercial, and click & collect orders.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a positive customer experience and resolve complaints and queries promptly.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities.
