Construction Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and lead multiple construction operations across the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar leadership role within Telecommunications or Civil construction projects, with a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.

  • Manage field resources, including Supervisors and Service Partners.
  • Drive a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain highest quality standards of work.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects.
