We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the execution of unforgettable weddings, corporate events, and private functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, exceptional organisational skills, and a flair for creating seamless hospitality services.

The estate offers a stunning backdrop for events of all kinds, with premium wine, award-winning beverages, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of weddings, functions, and corporate events across the estate
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences and promote the estate within the tourism industry
  • Coordinate staff rosters and service providers to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage stock ordering, inventory checks, and event setup/pack down to maintain operational efficiency
  • Act as the point of contact on site during events, resolving issues with professionalism and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
About You
  • Previous experience in event and function management, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work across a flexible 7-day roster, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • RSA accreditation and RP badge required, with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests
  • Passionate about delivering memorable experiences, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
