About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our Water Infrastructure team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver civil design solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and reports.
  • Design and manage projects or program work packages.
  • Assist colleagues in achieving improved client feedback results and exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of high-quality proposals and pursuits.
  • Work collaboratively with a team on large-scale multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Typically 4 years + experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Experience in detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in design management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Good knowledge of relevant industry-related Australian Standards and WSAA codes.
  • Chartered Engineer or actively working towards chartered status.
  • Well-developed use and understanding of Civil 3D modelling software, 2D and 3D CADD software.
  • Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
