Job Title: Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will play a critical role in the design and structure of project content, critically distilling and translating complex data into actionable recommendations, and managing small to medium-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of project content, ensuring it is tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Translate complex data into clear and concise recommendations, driving business outcomes for our clients.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a management consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering projects and driving business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated industry experience in higher education, not-for-profit, medical research, and public policy sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant work experience in Nous Group's capability areas.
