Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team at Dixon Appointments. As a key member of our Alarm Assessment Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and effective engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and contribute to the administration of all activities within the Alarm Assessment Unit, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
- Handle all aspects of scheduling and booking meetings and seminars, including distributing agendas, ordering supplies and catering, and following up on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to Alarm Interference and Unwanted False Alarms, providing timely and effective support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Step in for other administrative staff during their absences, effectively performing their duties as needed to maintain continuity.
We are looking for a candidate who excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services. You should be thorough and meticulous in your work, always paying attention to the finer points to ensure accuracy and excellence in every task.
You should be able to set clear, achievable personal goals and actively monitor your progress. Your time management skills should enable you to work effectively under pressure while maintaining motivation.
