  • Partner with Product and Membership Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class programs and drive business results
  • Manage projects to develop new capabilities and enhance back-end systems to improve channel performance
  • Track campaign effectiveness and optimize campaigns for improved results
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals
  • Liaise with external creative agencies to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery of creative assets

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Marketing or business tertiary qualifications
  • Digital marketing and campaign management experience
  • Superior project management skills, including time management and campaign coordination
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
