Job Title: Digital Activation Lead

The Digital Activation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving impactful digital campaigns and experiences that inspire our community to protect nature.

This position is responsible for championing the digital strategy, developing and delivering high-quality digital activation plans, and leveraging marketing technology to enhance supporter engagement, drive acquisition, and increase fundraising results.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, digitally savvy leader with over ten years' experience in digital campaigning, mobilisation, marketing, or fundraising, and seven years in team leadership. They will have a strong background in mobilising, organising, and campaigning online, as well as a deep understanding of environmental advocacy and a passion for building a thriving community of change-makers.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality digital activation strategies that engage supporters, increase reach, and amplify fundraising results.
  • Leverage marketing technology to enhance supporter engagement, drive acquisition, and increase fundraising results.
  • Lead a team of digital experts and campaigners to create compelling experiences, content, and actions that inspire our community to protect nature.

This is a permanent full-time position with excellent working conditions. The role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney, and we offer genuine flexibility in working hours and location.
