About the JobThis is a hybrid role between a Senior Art Director and Designer, requiring a unique blend of creative vision, technical skills, and leadership abilities. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive business results and elevate our brand.
Here are some key responsibilities:
- Work on the creative development of Canva's global campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and business objectives.
- Act as a lead and coach to creative team members, inspiring and mentoring a talented team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
- Drive the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about bringing bold ideas to life and inspiring teams. Here are some key requirements:
- 8+ years of experience delivering global campaigns across TV, digital, social media, OOH, and more.
- A strong design/art direction background.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, art direction, and design expertise.
- Comfortable designing on the tools while steering big-picture creative vision.
- A proven track record of executing successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact.
