We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the concept, art direction, and execution of creative solutions for some of Australia's favourite brands.

In this role, you will partner with our diverse creative team to craft digital experiences, social content, campaign concepts, CRM innovations, and genre-defying ideas that fuse creativity with intelligence to earn a place in people's lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Concept Development: Create beautifully crafted concepts and outputs, partnering with our ACD, working alongside copywriters and designers.
  • Presentation Skills: Communicate visual designs, motion design, concepts, and storyboards through presentations that our clients and colleagues love.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build trust with clients, understanding their business to solve real problems and find new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect with creative nerds, data nerds, and tech nerds to make platforms and products people want.

  • Strong experience on large cross-channel, digitally-led concepts and campaigns.
  • An expert understanding of all the usual tools, plus a fearless approach towards generative AI and automation.
  • Extensive art direction/experience, preferably in a creative digital agency.
  • A knack for brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution.
