Role Overview:

As a Creative Director, you'll hold a senior position, playing a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the brand's visual identity. You'll lead a dynamic in-house team, spark creativity, and drive innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with their audience. Your visionary ideas will elevate the brand and propel them to new heights in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead the creative team, setting a high bar for visual excellence.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with the brand's ethos.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive and compelling brand messaging.
  • Oversee the development of engaging visuals and marketing materials.
  • Evolve the brand identity while staying true to its feminine, trend-led focus.
  • Work closely with the Buying and Product teams to visually execute key brand projects and seasonal releases.
  • Balance creative vision with high-quality output, maintaining efficiency and predictability.
  • Establish a scalable, efficient, and quality-oriented creative process.
  • Oversee budgets and timelines for multiple fast-paced projects.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director in a fast-paced fashion or e-commerce environment.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
