Job Title: Diesel Fitter

We are currently seeking experienced Diesel Fitters to join our Maintenance team at our Mine in QLD.

To be successful in this role you will ensure compliance with all safety and operating systems and have a commitment to working together as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

  • Maintain plant and equipment to a high level.
  • Undertake troubleshooting, fault finding, breakdown and preventative maintenance on Heavy Mobile Equipment.
  • Achieve performance targets in compliance with statutory, safety, health requirements.
  • A knowledge of SAP and Auto Electrical experience is highly desirable.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert III in Engineering - Diesel Fitter or equivalent).
  • A current Australian Manual Drivers Licence.
  • An Experience with safety management systems.
  • Experience within a mining Mobile Maintenance Operations.
  • HIAB, EWP, Forklift, Dogging and Rigging Certificates (desirable).
