About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Assist with tendering and bidding processes, developing bid strategies and proposals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
  • Recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
