Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retirement Village Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing the daily operations of a retirement village, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and wellbeing. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations, including maintenance and gardening standards, financial performance, safety and security
  • Fostering a dynamic and inclusive community built on professionalism, mutual respect and open communication
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, residents and their families, and other teams

The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, manage their own workload, and achieve objectives. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary team members.

Previous operational experience in retirement living is essential, with customer service and managerial experience highly regarded. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel, are also required. A strong sales process focus and knowledge of sales and marketing techniques are also desirable.
