Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Manager

This is a permanent full-time position offering competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams, ensuring high-quality care is delivered at all times.
  • Work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure compliance with quality standards, including IPC, and contribute to the delivery of quality resident outcomes.
  • Ensure current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards, and demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Possess strong coaching/training skills, a customer-centric approach to business, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
