Care and Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to provide clinical leadership and support to our teams, ensuring high-quality care is provided to our residents at all times.

  • About the Role:
  • Lead the delivery of quality clinical care services, adhering to Aged Care quality Standards and organisational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional resident outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A current Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • An in-depth understanding of the Aged Care Act 1997 and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
