About the Role

We are seeking a Data Collector to work with us on an exciting project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting survey data from National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.

The role involves making outbound calls to individuals and families to gather information about their experiences and needs. You will be working in a collaborative environment with a rotating roster, ensuring that you have a balanced schedule and time to focus on your work.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to empathize with people from all walks of life. You should also be thorough and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage your own time effectively.
