Job Title: Data Insight Specialist

Are you enthusiastic about turning data into actionable insights that drive better business outcomes? We are seeking a Data Insight Specialist to modernise and optimise our operational and client reporting capabilities.

This is a key role that will support the evolution of our data reporting frameworks and foster a data-driven culture across the organisation. As the Data Insight Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our reporting transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and automation of operational reports and dashboards.
  • Design and deliver client reporting solutions that are accurate, clear, and consistent.
  • Analyse complex datasets to support internal decision-making and external stakeholder reporting.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Drive adoption of Business Intelligence tools and modernise legacy reporting processes.
  • Uphold data integrity and governance standards across reporting assets.
  • Create documentation and training resources to enable self-service reporting across the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong practical experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence/data visualisation tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and analyse large, complex datasets from multiple systems.
  • Skilled in data analysis, mapping, and automation.
  • A sound understanding of data governance and quality principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality, actionable insights.
