We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our support team as a Front Desk Officer/Student Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
• Assist student inquiries and direct them to relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain efficient administrative systems to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
• Perform various administrative and support duties as required.
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience working in a Registered Training Organisation or similar setting.
• Excellent organisational skills, with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with a professional approach.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also operating independently when necessary.
• Availability to start immediately.
