Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents living in our aged care home, to help support their independence and improve their quality of life
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and with general mobility
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification is essential
  • Previous experience in aged or community care or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified
  • Adaptable, empathetic and resourceful with the ability to live our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative and bold
