Trainee Carer Role

We are offering a unique opportunity to start a career in aged care as a Trainee Carer.

This part-time role includes formal training and on-the-job supports, leading to a qualification outcome in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

Bupa will provide support for your training, including paying for your education and assessment.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in aged care and potentially transition into a full-time or part-time Carer role upon completion of the traineeship.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
