Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our multi-discipline delivery team, you will work closely with stakeholders to elicit detailed requirements and deliver IT systems supporting our client's core business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing data related requirements, user pathways, and information flows.
  • Developing clear and concise documents, including business requirements specifications, business cases, functional & non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories, service design artefacts, communication & change management plans, and reports.
  • Conducting investigations and undertaking technical research & analysis activities based on systems knowledge in alignment with departmental policies and legislations.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Business Analyst using agile methodology, on large and complex IT systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business problems and design transformative solutions that realise desired business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary IT delivery teams.
